It is a map specifically aimed at those who like to hunt Liberty Caps AKA Shrooms AKA Psilocybe Semilanceata.
It is a map with a 10 day forecast for those who sign up and pay the measly amount of £5.00 for a full year!
Granted most of the year it is useless as there are no shrooms but it becomes a resource worth its weight in gold come the autumn/fall.
In the past month I have been watching the red squares appearing on the map, slowly working their way down the country as autumn/fall approaches.

It starts to get really exciting as it gets closer and closer, waiting for the first day of the year, when picking can once again commence!
I am in no way affiliated with the "Magic Mushroom Map", I just find it a useful tool in my yearly hunt for shrooms.
I know of people further up North in the Highlands, who have already been picking this year!
Slowly but surely Wales is coming to life on the map, the redder it get the more excited I get and the more likely I'll be off to the hills and valleys, with me wellies on!

As you can see. from today's map Shroom hunters in Scotland, Finland , Norway and up in the Alps at high enough elevation.
The map isn't just for UK pickers , although the UK has one of the highest amounts of Liberty Caps anywhere in the world.
The rest of Europe gets a good look in on the map, which Liberty caps being found as far south as the Pyrenees mountains, along the Spanish and French boarder.

The map also serves the coastal regions of the USA!
Right now the west coast of Canada has the Liberty Caps popping up!
