Hi yozhik!
Congrats for your outcom and for the perseverance you put in the details.
I saw you're working with different pots...
Did u find a particular benefit growing with airpots?
I was wondering because they are pretty expensive so i wanted to be sure before trying em.
Thank u

I think the answer to your question depends on the size of pot.

If using 15 litre pots, IMHO the Air-Pots serve a purpose and have benefits over conventional pots.

The air pruning just makes sense, and combats any potential issue with your girls becoming root bound, which WILL stunt growth/yield.

In my experience so far, I do NOT see the same benefits in 30 litre pots over the relatively short life cycle of most AUTOS [~65 days]

If growing PHOTOPERIOD girls, over a longer timeframe, I'm confident the 30 litre Air-Pots would come into their own, when a greater root mass would demand more real estate.

Does that make sense?

A-trimming we will go, a-trimming we will go
(Heigh-ho, the derry-o, a-trimming we will go
A-trimming we will go, a-trimming we will go)
We'll chop the girl, and do a twirl
And then we'll dry her slow

This is "Fluffy Bunny".
So called by my daughter because of her airy, fluffy buds.
Maybe a more accurate name wold be Foxy Lady.
She took foxtailing to a whole new level.
As you can she, she also liked to party, hence her fall-down-drunk posture.
Completely unique - no other girl in the tent quite like Fluffy.

My new 'toy'.
A dedicated tent for drying.

120x120x200
extractor fan
dehumidifyer
drying net

Temp stable at ~20.5°C
RH stable at ~47%

Now I don't have to panic about the harvest and try to do it super quick to use the one tent.
I can take my time and leave some girls plumping up for as long as they need.

Should have done it AGES ago!

Now for the embarrassing confession ...

The size of the tent was wholly dictated by the size of the drying net I already had.
:wall:

Then I justified it by looking inside the tent at the jungle, and told myself I "needed" it.
Yeah.
What evs.

She still has company.
A few of the others have decided to turn Campus into a Retirement Home.
They're probably a little past their Use By Date, but to be fair, there is still a bit of green vegetation in these ol' girls yet, so I thought I'd give them the opportunity to completely suck the life juice out of their own bodies, and get every last drop of sticky yumminess I could out of their OAP carcasses before sacrificing their depleted limbs to the fisker gods.
