Seen as I have 6 plants in my 2X4 now I think if I need to add extension n grab extra fans or whatever it would prob be smarter to do just 2 nice size plants at a time til it’s at least legal here!
Would I be best off to get 1original and put 2 plants in same pot or would it be just as crowded as 2 plants in their own jr’s in my setup! At least I have double doors that open so I could get access to all sides of the boxes to add mulch n amendments to it! 1 benefit of gorilla tent over like Mars!

What strain is the key - if you do an original and a big strain it will fill the tent or two juniors and smaller strains will fill the tent .....

if you can afford to wait then grow just one in an original and grow the biggest Flippin plant ever - growth rates will amaze you .... you can always do a small pot or two in the corners, if you like but after you see yield from an original and time spent watering little guys you will throw in the towel and just concentrate on the original .... less is more!

- they seem to be pretty stacked, can’t wait to sample but I know that will be March before we get any good tastes and longer for the best - I love slow cured bud!

White Crack is growing out of thr tent, she i stretching like crazy so I thought I would do a little LST with a candy cane - I need to slow the cola down and give side buds a chance to catch up .....

So I decided to use my longest candy cane as shown on top and pull her top over to one side .... the long white canes are plant extension hooks and the others are hooks I’ve accumulated from years of camping and garage sales or who knows .... but on White Crack I used the top long white cane, just one .....

shows cane around stem - don’t worry she won’t be held down more than 3-4 hours this session - just a few hours and she will wanna grow a little sideways and side buds will pop up an inch or so .....

Top view, note outside bud sites - thru grow I’ve done some tucking and cola bending - short sessions, note cane on the cola left center

Will follow up tomorrow with after pics.

And here are the Girls this early AM - White Crack with training cane removed - Note how the perimeter buds grew up almost as tall as the Main Cola and Cola now has a bend in her stem .... 7 hours since she went into training - growth is akin to DWC in a SIP Container

Yes I’m using Juniors .....

Tent is an oversized 2x4 measuring 28.75 inches by 53 inches with 80 inch height .....

Strains for Juniors, like I’m using now should be small to medium size plants whereas with the Original larger strain such as Ripley’s OG would work nicely - Growing a Sour Livers in an Original EB would be a waste and trying to grow Ripley in a Junior wouldn’t be the best choice ...... Worms can live and work inside an EarthBox- use an EarthBox as a worm bin, my worms lived in an Original EB all last summer outside in the shade ..... Good luck MOB!

U think that’s tall enough to give me some extra canopy height so doesn’t turn into a overly humid heat box?? Or is my best bet to start 2 of same strain and do 1 in a reg pot and other in the ebj? Or just stagger my 2 plants a lil bit so both aren’t full size and in flower at same time? Also am I seeing your plants actually finish faster in earthbox? My plants in variety of reg pots or smartpot fabric have all gone 100+ days!

Most Welcome - Glad to Help .....

Gorilla Tent will work just fine, nicely made tent ......

Humidity will go down with an EB as the cap keeps that in check, unlike fabric pots ......

If it were my tent and I had time I would grow a monster and use the Original Earthbox - Two Juniors will be tough to hold in a straight up
2x4 tent unless they are compact plants ......

If you wanna add a fabric pot or two into the mix that’s fine but myself due to gnats and just the work involved keeping a fabric pot going compared to a SIP Container is not worth the investment verses yield - UNLESS I’m starved for smoke and want to push the limits, which I have done btw .....

As for grow / flower time shortened - funny you should mention as I have noted as well - flower seems to be coming in short order .... whereas @slowandeasy had just the opposite with his first Junior grow ...... I say funny as after I purchased the new light the maker claimed shorter times would happen .... I’m like yea right, bla bla bla ..... BUT THEN I caught two videos that have changed my thinking ...... Watch these two videos, in their entirety and I believe you’ll learn why my plants are finishing faster and anyone interested in a new light should watch theses two videos - trust me when I say some is boring but hang in there - think anyone Who invests some time will be better educated on selecting a new light .....



This one starts a little slow but hang with this guy, he is smart and you’ll discover why the light charts we use today are not valid anymore ......

PS .... keep all strains at same growth stage - they don’t have to be same strain but their expected grow times should be close - you don’t want a flower plant in humidity required in veg stage!
