Mephisto Genetics White Crack + Sour Livers SIP LOS Grow

Thanks buddy gonna order that before I crash!

And I been chopping here n there cuz cover crop still coming up thru the mulch!! Does that mean may be time for another chop + lol more mulch n some EWC this time? And main things letting these things sticking around is cuz my pots are like a really thin plastic net pot so they can get food/moisture from inside pot while just standing on outside of it! Why I was asking earthbox jr size if u knew off top of your head? May try to put 2 at angles in my 2x4 so not bulging bigger than tent! That’s if they’ll fit but internet been slow as hell tonight! Thanks as always amigo! :d5:

My tent is oversized 2x4 at 28.75 by 53 ..... my other tent is a normal 2x4 ...... if you plant two white cracks tent would bust at seams but two sour livers and you would be fine ..... a second option is one Earthbox original and one plant, it will fill your tent for sure ......

for more info on sizes go to Earthbox.com ......

Cover existing pots with a second to stop that issue but otherwise I don’t have any more ideas ..... good luck my friend!

Also what dry amendments do u add for flower cuz may need to get another 1 or 2 things?? Unless craft blend added on top of good soil is enough?

Craft blend is just fine ..... I also add a little kelp, ground up egg shells, pinch of insect frass, gro Kashi (important), rock dust and that’s about it - oh some Oly fish compost as well plus straw ....

In your case i would add some gro Kashi and Oly fish compost plus clean and grind some egg shells, grind them fine thru a screen - egg shells ground fine help worms digest food and will add a little calcium- in my soil I add dolomite lime from the start btw

hope this helps,
MOB

WC day 34 and SL 39 days ......

Couple things buddy but should I add rock dust without worms or that just to help the worms digest their grub?? Also should I still add egg shells for calcium?? Or should I mix in some of the crustacean meal I have?? I’m still shocked how well they r doing without any nutrients out a bottle!! You’d almost think these plants knew how to grew on their own before we started aiding them in the process!!

Also since I have spare bucket I had got tomake teas with should I take some straw and get it moist and toss in bucket with lid on so can start to break down some before I add to pots? Seems like taking forever to break down just using Kashi n water on it! Also almost forgot but do u have 2 original earthbox in your tent?? Was looking to order 2 and the jr looked like would fit no prob! Think were like 17”L x 8”W x 7” tall so can fit em in 2x4 without bulging out the sides! Also gonna get a rootmaker flat and a heat mat/dome setup to start seedlings in so have proper environment going forward! Got some rocbudinc seeds coming so want them to start properly with best environment I can manage!:smoking:

Oh forgot also was gonna ask cuz thought I remembered someone saying they tried em but u or anyone u remember talking to ever tried those square earthbox planters?? And someone asked me last night and I had no clue of answer but how do u keep worms m stuff from falling thru that scene and into water well?? Or do u plan on losing some worms or can those things swim?? Just curious?!?

‘Hey TX! All plants looking great, except maybe the one in back right corner, I can’t figure it out, yellowing says she may not begetting enough N, but then the clawing says the opposite. I don’t know. What do you see up close?

Yes u are correct actually it WAS lack of N but I went ahead and started them on the cyco nute sample I was sent!! I didn’t plan for the topdressings id need and even with the slurped lids I added after the fact I couldn’t get em enough! The bottom leafs were so N def they were shriveling off but looks like under control now that supplementing some bottles for em! Didn’t want to but didn’t wanna lose 4 n have to start over!

I have the Juniors and two of those will crowd a normal 2x4 tent - one of the original Earthbox and a moderate size plant is all I would put into a 2x4 tent - two juniors would be ok if you grow smaller strains but if White Crack, tent would have too much vegetation in it and you would have environmental issues ..... less is more, trust me on that, I know I tried ......

As for rootmakers they don’t come without issues such as getting baby plant out of the pot, I have to cuT my rootmakers to get out without shocking so be prepared to waste the planter when you use ...... direct start is another option and with small tent you could probably pull off, just make sure temp inside is minimum 80 degrees even 85 better and humidity around 70% and do direct plant - otherwise rootmaker is a great option but and I repeat, I have to cut pot to get out without shock and I’ve got 42 years transplant experience with tons of pots and only option for me was to cut pot or shock plant and that never is a good idea.

Peace,
MOB

PS - I give my transplants water with Thrive vitamin B1 in the water which will help heal the roots should any minor damage occur.
