Speaking about tents, anyone have experience with 600D vs 1680D? Basically Gorilla/Mars Hydrogen vs the rest in the market?

I've done my research and am aware of the differences on paper. However, I've never used a tent and would be great to get your real life inputs. Do I need the thicker material? Or will it be worse for me, due to my very hot climate?

I've read reviews that say 600D is more than enough, but also some that say 1680D or bust? I'm leaning towards 1680D though. Will be getting a 4×8 and a 5×5.

I don’t know a ton about tents myself either just from what I’ve reviewed online and stuff. I bought a Vivosun about a year ago and it’s great for my needs. It wasn’t that expensive either. Got it off amazon. It was about $150 bucks but thats canadian dollars so I’m sure American would be much lower lol!
it’s pretty sweet as it has tons of vent openings and so it leaves you with lots of options. I don’t know how long it’ll last? Seems pretty darn sturdy so hopefully it holds up and the zippers keep rockin it lol! Peace

OK the GG is really taking off and NUGS too but 24k just so so, think I’ll move her into a new tent cause GG needs more room anyways and SL is up so she will be incoming in 10 days of so at which time I may have to move NUGS but I want to keep NUGS in main tent as long as possible .....

Watering has picked up - GG is a fish, drinking like crazy - other two about 4-6 ounces each daily but GG about 32oz of water daily .......

Gave NUGS some mixed top dressing along with some kashi and it looks like the top dressing given the other two is going down so I’ll be top dressing with some buildabloom compost from buildasoil, I used some on Sam and have some on hand - it’s 6 months old and has set in the garden shed last summer - hope there is till some life remaining but I will dampen with Mammoth P and add a small amount of EWC, kelp and bat guano to the mix before incorporating into GG and 24K box, might even slip a handful into NUGS - little kashi sprinkled on top and damp mist.

I have to top dress my stuff today! I am trying to do Mondays as my Top Dress day. So they have a full work week. I am excited to see how your plants progress! The first ones hit preflower fast. You are doing a fine job ny friend! My upcoming plants will get better and better. I might do a partial harvest on the Diesel Cookies tomorrow, the tops are done, but lower could go longer as they didnt get as much light. The 2 Roc Bud Inc plants got tall and I didnt train much at all. I will look at the lowers under the scope and see if they are close or mostly clear stil and determine what to do. Roc Dawg Funk needs about a week by the looks of the buds. I havent scoped her yet becaus I know that she needs more time. How is the seedling? I have 4 Rootmakers loaded and ready for seeds to be dropped into. Lets see how they do for me! Peace, slow.

Sour Livers about 30 hours above ground is looking good ..... the t5 is about 12” away right now, will lower but she needs some wings first ......Girls are starting to crowd in the tent - moving the problem child 24k will be in order soon - she just really does not like a lot of,light, I’ve got her on the far left with light shifted right and she will probably be ok now but I need to fire up a single COB.

Are you top dressing every week ?

Starting in Late veg my newest ones will be top dressed weekly. I did not top dress the first 3 plants to see what zero top dressing does. I dont have worms, so I will opt to do a small weekly Top dressing at late veg til late flower. I believe it will help to speed up flowering and potentially increase yields. I did use Popcorn SST on a few plants at the preflowering stage. However, I have no idea how much it helped becsuse I have never ran these strains at all. It didnt hurt. I will try weekly Top Dressings for a couple plants and then I will try every other week on a couple after I see what weekly does. I have some clones to experiment with too. It will be cool to see how things go with my clones in flower. I have to take 8 more in a little while. And transplant the 4 with roots.

My first ones went longer than expected, but dont have worms and I didnt top dress. Plus mine are different strains. But I will be top dressing weekly on my newest plants. If you ever WANT more stretch put the plant jnder a COB and keep it 4ft away for a few days. Sometimes plants benefit from a little stretch. Mostly Indica plants like 24 Carat wont stretch much in adequate lighting. I will say that you have chosen the proper strains for your sized tent. Dont try to do AVT or Fugue State in that tent and use Orginals on those 2 strains when you do them. Peacex slow

Little top dressing - each got about 12 ounces .... this is some Oly Mountain Fish Compost plus BuildaBud compost + some dry amendments, not much, bat guano and kashi .... after I applied I then sprayed with water and EMI
