Is Digital Greenhouse the brand name of your dimable dual ballast?Didnt know is all cause I know several ppl who've had serious issues with Appolo dual ballasts.Other than that that sure as heck sounds like a winner to be brother.

mind if i ask what was wassup with the apollo ballast? i have a 400w and 600w both apollo so im curious :smokebuds:

yeah thats the name brand, this one isn't dimmable though I dont think, I'm hoping I wont need that feature and can just run FULL POWER all the time

Around a dozen people Ive talked to elsewhere(not on AFN) have said that once they have an issue with the device they are led to believe that its a bulb issue and more bulds are sent to oyou free of cost.And everytime they say it again didnt light.Tested the Ballast at a local grow store and the ballast was bad.so to ship all the stuff back to get another Light system its not worth it.Thats what they were telling me they got the run around n stuff.Ive personally used them but surley have eyed em up on Amazon though.LOL!

i bought both of mine from amazon, my 400w hps lasted me 2 grows just fine (still have it but upgraded to a 600w) and i recently (like 2 days ago) just got my 600w hps in so well see how it goes :smokebuds:..so theres light wouldnt come on at all or what?

Well evry one of them said the MH bulb would flicker.the HPS wouldnt come on at all.They called em n they kept insisting it was the bulb,they got a bad batch the rep. kept sayin.But then again only about half or so had the ballast tested.so I really dunno,then it becomes a money issue over how long youve had it and shippings not covered.Thats what they were sayin.I mean hell Ive looked at the 600W digital Dimmable one too. And the rating are decent too.Thats whats funky to me.Could be user error maybe.Some people arent careful.never owned one yet so couldnt tell ya.LOL!Im glad your rock it out though. :thumbs:

thanks bro yea i havent used the MH on either just the HPS the whole way through, my 400w never messed up and i just started using my 600w so hopefully all goes good :smokebuds:

yeah I was gonna say the same thing the dude did it's got good reviews wherever i'm looking so maybe it's a pretty isolated thing, you know people that have problems with something will be a lot more vocal than people that have no problems so i'd just hope for the best and go for it :group:
