I just can't get over the requirement to buy seeds from the government (they don't even list flowering times for their two strains on the OCS website). I'm assuming they won't be enforcing that law, but they could.
I'm dreaming about reversing one of their feminized four packs and generating a few thousand legit seeds to hand out. Even then, would those seeds be considered legit?

That law is so stupid 4 plant limit and the pathetic one option for seeds meanwhile for medical use you can get clones or other types of seeds from the same suppliers I don't think it would be illegal to to make more seeds I don't think there's any anywhere in the law that says that although you'd only be able to carry 30 of them with you anytime cuz I think they count as one gram 30 gram limit to what we can carry in public

hmm that's a really good question. I think you can legally give out 30 to one person. But for them to be legal to grow I think they need to come from a licensed distributer. Think we kind of need a lawyer to interpret the new laws.

That's the problem that the government is overlooking is that when you grow something you're usually able to reproduce it like I don't have to go out and buy tomato seeds every time I want to grow tomatoes I could just get seeds from one of the tomatoes that I grew

They legalize cannabis in Canada but they make it difficult for you to be able to get it use it grow it but yet they put lots of concern into injection sites so that people can use illegal drugs

I almost think they were considering or are planning on changing it. If you read though some of the documents it says "no more than 4 in flower".
And that would make a lot more sense if they broke it up between flower and veg.

That would be better they should just not worry as long as you're not trying to do a commercial grow you haven't turned the entire house into a grow op or the whole basement of a place I think they should limited by space like able to grow in a 4 x4 or 8x8 space or whatever it may be

I think I like the idea of plant count better than a designated space idea. A designated space would be much more constraining imo. But I really do think there needs to be some sort of concession in regards to plants in different stages. I think 6 or 7 would be a fair number and still keeping it a personal grow. 2 clones, 2 veg, 2 in flower, and maybe 1 mom.
