NEWS What are the charges for illegal grows canada

The kicker with the illegal seed subject is that all of the Licensed Producers have to get their seeds from somewhere and I’m pretty sure they didn’t get their seeds from the Canadian government. So, legal seeds sold by the government came from LPs that started with illegal seeds. If clones were sold, they were started from illegal plants. Is our government any more legal than anyone else sourcing their seeds/clones from outside of legal sites? Are the seeds any different being sold by the government than seeds sold by seed banks and breeders? No, they are not. So our hypocritical government villainizes it’s people for doing the same thing it has done and any LPs have done.

The problem is it's easy to grow a pot plant anyone that's done any gardening can easily grow plants outside or inside there's not much to it and making beer and wine on the other hand is a little tougher any more equipment things need to be more clean and not everybody likes homemade beer or wine so it's not as easy to get rid of or sell or worth trading off the people but on the other hand you can plant a seed in your backyard and water just like you water your tomatoes and still get a result makes it hard for the government to tax that shitt out of it when all you need is a few seeds and little know how and you never need to buy from them

Same thing with the ridiculous 4 plant limit they don't take into consideration any type of growing style other than planting a seed and growing it till the end with that kind of limit there's no real way to have a mother plant clones that you're going to get ready plants that are ready to harvest you can totally forget about sea of green

What they're pushing hard for is all these taxes and he's big corporations to run everything they dont understand that we're just Stoner hippies we have our own culture and whether it was a black market or not it was a market none the less that had set price points that government obviously doesn't care about they want to run in like they invented the market try to push us to buy what we dont want

Same thing with these dispensaries they should just do it like any other bar you give someone a liquor license and they can sell booze you give someone a cannabis license they can sell cannabis I don't see what the difference is other than trying to delay things and make things more difficult than they already are

The Ontario Cannabis Store is "temporarily out of stock" on their seeds :sadcry:
What a circus.
They seem to have restocked today. For how long who knows.

Thanks for the heads up. I've been watching for a while now and this is the first time I've seen them in stock. Going to pick some up so I have some from the OCS on hand.

Maybe that’s why stock is so thin, they expect that was going to happen anyways so why bother having a warehouse of overpriced seeds just sitting there haha
