Hopefully someone will step up and share there experiences and skill ! I'd love to test autoflower strains in a greenhouse environment this year VS photos from past seasons !

Grew out suger black rose last year with decent results indoors wished I'd of saved a seed or 2 for this years spring start .

There are tons of grows on here to look at I use to grow photo long time ago but since I started last year growing again indoors with autoflower I can't imagine waiting around for a photo to finish

My understanding with seeds is that the seed itself isn’t illegal to purchase or possess as they don’t actually contain THC. Germinating the seed is considered illegal as it grows a plant with THC. Legal seeds offered are few and far between as are clones. Clones that had been available came at a extremely high price. My thought is that high priced, poor selections of seeds and clones from LPs indicates no real
interest in selling them. Typical of the feds to roll out something half assed. It’s fine to say ‘go ahead and grow your own’ but make little attempt to address the demand for “legal” seeds. We can’t all afford to buy our cannabis from dispensariesand LPs.

They consider 1 seed to be equivalent to 1 gram of weed. So you can have 30 seeds total. The seeds must also come from a licensed producer to be legal.

You're only allowed 30 grams when you're out in public but at home you can have as many grams as you want you could have pounds of weed I would assume there's nothing to stop you nobody controls how much beer you have a home how much more wine you can make you should see my uncle's house he's probably got like a few hundred bottles of wine that he's made

Could you imagine if you went to the liquor store and the bottles I'll have to be the same size same shape and they have to label them like they label tobacco and cannabis products only 25% of the label says the name and the rest is just warnings

Hard to find info on it now but seeds were always illegal if they were viable lol

Only non-viable seeds were legal before ^^^^ Dead seeds = legal - Living seeds = illegal

What I find curious is that if you wanted to make your own wine or beer, you can buy the materials to do so pretty much anywhere BESIDES the LCBO or Beer Stores. But to grow your own weed you must buy your material from the OCS? How does that make sense? If they have no interest in the home wine or beer maker, why make a big deal out of the home grower? I would consider the home grower to be far less of a problem than someone making their own booze. I've never met anyone who's had their stomach pumped due to cannabis poisoning!

I can’t stand our laws being made by people that have no clue what the subject is all about. Fear mongering rings through still with legalization. I was mad the other day with the Alberta provincial site and the “Facts” it passes regarding cannabis and it’s useage, still fear mongering on the controlled website for a legal substance.

If I understand the cite from the CNC Act, is it only Cannabis Sativa that is an issue, or is Cannabis Indica evil too?

Cannabis sativa is the scientific name lol Theres 3 subspecies to it - indica - sativa and ruderalis

It is legal to grow 4 plants if the genetics came from the government.

I want to know what reprocusions there are for illegal genetics and what the plant numbers are for whatever charges.. and if anyone knows if a landlord can enforce a notice that you arent allowed to grow in their rented unit

If the genetics came from the government that's just not right at all some of the best medicine I have ever smoked or grew was from genetics that were created while the government was trying to destroy the culture an arrest me an so many others with charges of manufacturing an possession lol it is all herbal medicine.
