Is there anybody out there currently using the 2.2 gal pots. I'll have to measure my ceiling height. Room is 3'x up to 10' and gotta get ceiling height.

in a 3x10, I'd stay with the 3.9 if you have the ceiling height, 4 pots max with large plants
7' ceiling. Yeah I'll stick with the 3.9. If anything I won't fill the pots quite all the way. Maybe 3 gal.
With a good medium mix, should not be likely to over water. Once your plants have a good root system and the canopy expands, its seems to be about perfect. With b ig plants, some mulch on the surface to slow evaporation is good as the medium may dry out as much as 2 " down. I had to water the tops of the pots occasionally with really big plants.
