Hola UK crew!

Some pics in random order of my little throw in a wild corner of the garden and see what happens lazy grow plants:

Two Lecters looking quite happy here in the sun, one showing a couple of pistils already!

A little Blue Nuggets starting her flowering, with pink calyxes on small bud-structure

One and a quarter Lecters after something had lunch here

Two quite happier Lecters nearby looking strong

Top ones are a couple of Vanilla Lattes, bottom ones a couple of Purple Moon Rocks that were planted out into bigger pots already

The other Blue Nuggets that is also just starting her flowering, in a 5 liter (or so?) pot rather than in the ground

And next to her is another Lecter that is stretching a bit more than the ones above (same age, though)

Gave them all a good watering today as its been hot the last few days and tomorrow (Friday) will be hotter!
They probably survive without it, but better keep them happy.

The watering included some well aged pigeon poop fertilizer. It's already like a dust or small pellets, kind of dissolves into the water or comes out a bit sludgy at the end of the watering can. That will slowly wash in during the next few waterings and rain. Amount was about a half cup per 5 liters of water. Should work out to be about 4 tablespoons of powder per plant, which sounds about right at this point. They need something as the soil isn't amended and it's not that rich to begin with. Pigeon poop is supposedly NPK 4-2-1.5 or so. Okay for now, need a bit of N for veging, but think I'll switch to blood and bone and / or comfrey and nettle fert once flowering hits harder. Lots of nettles and comfrey around here, believe me! Everything free here, not paying one penny for my stash this year.

Love and hugs,
~MJS

Forgot to add:

Also have 2 pots with 3 more Blue Nuggets each (6 in total) -- a couple have just popped, hopefully more to come.
And, today I dropped 2 more pots, first pot with 2 Seedstockers Auto AK47 and the second pot with 2 Seedstockers Auto Amnesia.
Increase the sativa-dominant harvest hopefully, and those were last year's seeds, so best to use them.
May drop last year's remaining Twenty20 beans too, have four of them, Snow something and Nose Candy (I think??)
Last year's Go Go Auto were very nice indeed!

WOW WOW WOW
OMG like when you think things cant get much worse, had a heat wave here today in lincs UK, had to make some big decision and sacrifice the W/W, its a good a got hit earlier in wk with the dreaded root rot, so kind of know what to do know, but with those temps today was struggling, so had to make the RH priority, so planned for this in a fashion, had frozen bottles in freezer, and emptied out the fridge for 15 litres, so had to put RH 1st as just couldnt keep temps down on both, so for W/W no air stone all in the RH, so just gave her straight tap water for now, kept changing it for fresh 19c tap water, to keep as cool as poss, its like that saying, waiting for a bus an 3 come at once, so full attention on the haze, to make sure I keep it all dialled in as best as I can, and will do what i can to keep the W/W going best I can, the haze is looking fine grow fast still, so just concentrating on keeping those temps down, and bare all this in mind now moving forward, deffo an eye opener, and a big learning curve, but I think the haze will be ok, so will keep up what I was previously doing and go from there, its just all about keeping those res temps now, so i can keep on top of it, so will see how she goes and will try to keep 1 step ahead, an try be prepared for what my come,

Ganja can handle high temps.
I used to grow in the subtropics where it's about 35C-38C every day in June.
Just got to keep the watering up.
It's the shock change that is tricky, but once they're used to it, no biggy.
