hey guys, I started my first grow and I think I’ve actually killed them on day 12 bahahahha.
One of them was really stunted and the blue dream is now curling downwards and has burns all over it since I treated it with neem oil..

I thought it was under watered so I watered it and I think I made a mistake.
Love this thread so just wanted to share my failure lol :smoking: probs will need to get new seeds so any strain recommendations?

did you splash and liquid on the leaves when you were watering her?

I might’ve.. That will probably answer for the burns but still not sure what exactly has made her unhappy before that. I guess growing indoors with lights is gonna be a learning curve! :oops1:

I admit she doesn't look happy also what media are you using coco or soil

Coco but pre amended with worm castings, seaweed meal, bat guano etc. But I’ve used the same soil mixture with basically all my house plants minus the bat guano and I’ve never had problems especially this early

Also growing a Blue Dream, she seems to be much more sensitive than my my other one. The American Pie is in perfect condition whilst the blue dream has deficiencies and burns etc and they have been treated exactly the same.
Soil might be too hot for the seedling.

the reason i asked as some media is just not right for seedlings

Not knocking soil growing you can get some of the nicest tasting weed ever like it but from previous experience found that problems were more common and harder to deal with fast. Chicken poop bat poop all poop brings flys and pests. Coco is easy to control not hot for seedlings and just start on a low ppm like 400 then 600ppm, once I tryed coco found everything got easier, quality of weed was better and size was bigger. As long as you follow your nutrients grow chart most problems should not happen, pick a hungry strain then you will be hard pushed to kill it with over feeding. And never just give water allways food unless its finishing and flushing.
