nope seeds are legal... i got busted once ... the cops didn't know this and had to radio in an ask ... they took my plants but had to leave my seeds
I hope the repercussions were not too bad, it's such shame it has to go down like that 
No Mr. Officer just leave the seeds here I will never do it again
the plants was the worst part 
i got something like 300$ in fine ... so not the end of the world
