so you just pop them in a glass of water? seems to work nice. do you keep it heated with anything?

Thats pretty much it. I soak the seeds in water until they crack open (usually 12 - 24 hours) and then plant in the final container. I keep the glass of water in my grow room (in a box for total darkness).
