So I bought 4 qb120 v2 boards for 130 from hlg and an adjustable power supply that I hope holds up to the grows for a long time.

Pics of boards to come when I get them,all hooked in and room redone again. I want to insulate ceiling next. But heres a pic of driver I picked. View attachment 1077085

Our space is different. Mine is probably a little more rectangular. Your 4×QB120 will make for a great square space. A 2×2 or 3×3 max maybe? What does HLG recommend?

I use a Meanwell HLG320H 48AB for each of my 800 board. I don't see any pics of your drivers.

My red bars uses an LPF-40-24 each.

Your boards will probably be wired in series unlike mine which is all parallel, meaning one driver per board.

You probably need an HLG240 C2100 if my memory serves me right. Not very familiar with those as I've never used them. Should be the same thing though. Just gotta wire those boards together then wire in the driver.

I bought a driver with a little bit more control and not what was listed on hlg. You are correct on what they have listed. I just wanted more power available in case I expand. They pic in last post is a 0-30v and 0-10 amp adjustable driver.

Ok. My bad. That driver looks badass with the digital display. Very nice.

They had them on sale normally 120 and I found it for 45. I just hope it holds up... Thats a lot of runtime planned for it.

That's how u find out wat works and wat doesn't also I'm very interested as I think these would be great for linear led boards

So I had a 48v 40w power supply laying around so I had to try. Wow what a bright light. Cant drive at full power yet so even more excited now.
