New Grower Mephisto and Night Owl in Living Organic Coco

Here is what is going on as of today, 31 days above ground. This has been a bit delayed because my 6 year old brought home a nasty bug from school that's been kicking my ass the last few days. I raised the lights and dialed them up so the plants are around 30-40,000 LUX, I added the nematodes, and did some more LST.

The plants are starting to take off in growth and some are getting stinky and sticky. There was some confusion about the Blumats between my friend and I so the pots have been on the dry side lately, but I hopefully corrected that problem and will see even more progress.

After tying them down a little. There were a few that branched out fairly easily, but most were pretty dense and didn't really want to spread apart.

What kind of fertilizer do you use and what is its NPK ratio?
Hi Tina. I'm using Dr. Earth 4-6-3 Home Grown Tomato, Vegetable & Herb and Dr. Earth 3-9-4 Flower Girl Bud and Bloom Booster. I pre-amended with a 70%-30% mix, then top dressed at 24 days (a little early) with 50%-50%. Last feeding will be a 30%-70% mix, probably going to be done as a tea.

More information than you were looking for I'm sure but figured I'd lay it all out in one place since I don't think I have before.

Day 38 and the some of the plants are looking awfully pretty and smelling even better. The gnats are getting worse but it's been a week since I put in the nematodes so hopefully we'll see a decrease soon. One pot in particular seems to be teeming with them so I'm going to hit that one with some neem oil and some more dunks tomorrow.

A few of the plants were a bit droopy from being light on water so I turned them up. Also tied them all down some more to open them up a bit. A couple weeks ago I was feeling a bit gloomy on how things were going but seeing some good progress lately and feeling a little better. Here's some pictures from today.

Hope bugs go away soon. Good luck mate.

Checked out the plants Saturday which would be day 45 for them. The yellow card strips were pretty much covered in gnats in about half the pots. I sprinkled some more dunks on top and replaced the strips to see if we're making a difference in their numbers.

The drooping has gotten worse and they're starting to yellow a bit so I think they're hungry. On paper they shouldn't need a feeding yet but I think because the Blumats aren't watering the whole pot the plants probable have used up most of what they have available. I have a tea brewing that I will give them tomorrow.

The 2 GWK plants I have growing are doing pretty amazing considering the abuse I'm throwing at them, much better than the others. Flowering like crazy, sticky, smells incredible, and really starting to frost over. Seems like a good strain choice for a first time grower, hoping to grab some more on the Black Friday sale.

Yes I have. That diagram is for a 30+ gallon pot according to gentleman I've been talking to from Sustainable Village. For fabric pots smaller than that he recommended using distribution drippers which I'm looking into right this moment.

Day 52 and things are looking pretty grim in the tent, half the plants are showing massive nutrient deficiencies. Have some pictures of the worst looking ones posted on here. The one GWK still looks amazing, and 1 or 2 others look pretty good, but mostly it's a shit show.

The only good news besides not killing the one GWK is with the dunks, yellow cards, and nematodes the gnats seem to be slowing down. I gave the plants a tea and top dressing Wednesday so I guess we'll see if they respond.

Forgot to turn off the blurple for this picture.
