Hi all end of week 4, the girls are doing well. Drinking 6 gallons per week. All variables the same and haven't had to do much tweaking.

Running Canna A&B plus Canna Boost as per light feed schedule.

1ml per litre silica, 0.5ml per litre cal mag, 2ml per litre power cyme.

Auto pot refreshed & res is full at 45 litres - hopefully see me right over Christmas when we have visitors. I had been running at 25 litres till now.

Had a break on the main stem when i got a bit LST clumsy on one plant so she's taped and hooked up - been a few days since the accident and she's seems to be ok. Just a bit prouder than the rest.

Was probably going to stop LSTing now and let them hit the net for round 2 - unless anyone else thinks otherwise?

Bit of a mixed bag lighting wise in these pics, think its to do with the CDM & LED.

Your grow looks fabulous, nuglet! I hope mine will do half as nice as yours. My last grow I did no LST thinking she would be fine in the 5 foot tent being only 31 inches that she should grow. Should being the key word here! I wanted to see what an auto would do with none and she ended up being 49 inches. Had to pull on the tops so they wouldn't get to close to the light as it was up against the ceiling. Got lucky and was able to pull her down 12 inches.

Not going to do that again. This time I will LST them then be ready for my scrog. Especially since I am growing 3 in a 32" x 32" area.

I will keep up here since I have a couple just a few weeks behind you!

Thanks EG it’s all down to the auto pots! Really pleased I switched over. Decided not to break out the chemistry set & going to keep main nute run canna schedule based (wow that canna boost cost me) and probably bit of overdrive at the end. Got environmental auto control stuff now for heat/humidity and that all seems to be working out. Will make it less of a stress over Christmas - more a welcome retreat

Quick trip to the girls to wish them merry Christmas & they’re looking seasonally jubilant!

Boy are they drinking - nearly 7 gallons since Friday. Glad I bought the large flexible reservoir will be putting that into action as it holds double the regular out of the box one.

Pot socks also arrived over the weekend so I popped them on

@jingo any thoughts on thinning out leaves at this stage Jingo or leave em be for a bit?

About 8 inches before they hit the net can easily move that down tho if need be

Personally, I would be thinning out some leaves by now. I would take interior fan leaves large ones that are covering as many Bud sites as possible. I would probably avoid taking more than one fan Leaf off of a stalk at a time. Then once I could see down into the plant a little bit I might even remove some of the smaller tiny branches down below.

It's really kind of an art, you can slow a plant down or you can stimulate them to produce more hormones and get even larger. Not all strains like to be plucked that much, but I found most of the better breeders XL strains can handle it quite well.
