Yes it can! I have made several carts of vapeable rosin and it is just as good if not better than dispensary bought stuff! You can go with a product called wax liquidizer. Its made with peg 400. which is great for making your own carts. Also, if you want to take things to the next level, you can buy a few terpenes and make some great flavors too. I made these with juicy fruit terpenes and the stuff tastes like a stick of juicy fruit gum and gets ya baked!
no, pressing fresh bud/trim....dried only. the typical 57-64% humidity is best for pressing. If you press fresh, it will just steam out all the trichs along with all the terpenes. All it does is sizzle for a few seconds and nothing is left but a burnt puck of garbage. @Weed Warrior, be sure to save all your rosin chips in a baggie and when you get a good amount, toss all the chips in a small crock pot with some olive oil and put it on low for a day or two. Even though you press the bud 1 or even 2 times, the chips will retain some meds.

oh for sure...when i was running bud through it i was like "oh yeah cool...not very good returns though"....when the kief was in action though wow. Now that is some flowing rosin!!
