Grow Room Rate my pc-case grow project for LR#1 or LR#2

Hey Garbo, Your English is great. I don't grow in soil but I'd avoid watering your plants with aquarium water unless you've grown with it before and are sure it won't damage your plants. I know that they do all sorts of crazy things to aquarium water depending on what lives in it. If you can get the RO water before it becomes aquarium water that could be useful. I have limited experience but my third grow is going well with tap water.

I think your high temps are too high. They make all sorts of case coolers for computer cases, check Alibaba.com. Or stack a second fan on top of your first as Dazed suggested. You might also consider replacing your CFLs with a small LED grow light to reduce the temps. Cheers!

Day 10 (I think)

Temps latelly been around 32°C and there was some mold growing in the media... so I had to lower temps and humidity.


So I moved'em out so they could dry a little... Brought them in at the sunset. (for 24h suply)

It been showing reaction to the higher temps , so I felt forced to do something to relief it.

with an oldass fan! Which is super strong, actually! With it on, and the pcfans off, temps droped to 25°C, then I saw a 24°C and even caught a 23,5+/-°C So I'm slowly creeping to the good temps, hopefully!



Added earth to their pots...

So lets see the one lowryder that still has some vigour_
This is#3, its somewhere near 10 days old



Little one (Regular photo),outdoor, around 15 days old



Bigger one outdoor (reg photo random strain) also 15 days old, If I remember correctly



#1 looks miserable... I think he's a gonner.
Learned a lesson: Never let a seedling drain out... It has no recovery.

It only confirms I suck at growing!

Well, Well, Well... Let's update this grow journal.

I been calculating the time, and I think the plant is nearly 14~15 days old.

The issues I had, leaded to the death of two seedlings. Now I got only one vegetating plant.

Which is the #3:



Which is growing pretty tiny! Yes!


Ph been an issue...


So I went to test my dad's house, and his fishtank's water.
And discovered he has 7.3Ph on tapwater and the fishtank's goes around 7.1

So I made a mix of the two, being 1/3 from the fishtank.

And I'm now providing them with this water... I am changing to this:

Being the black line the Actual feed, and the Blue, the old one.


Not the ideal conditions YET, but an improvement.

Yeah... my temperatures are floating around outdoors temps. (AHHAHA NO MISTERY)

I got an average 1~2 degrees above the temperature out of the pc case. (I got thermometers, in and out da case).

So I pretty much mastered the air circulation... improved the energy distribution to my fans, with an extra 12v power suply, which is exclusivelly on the big 12cm fan that moves air inside the pc case, meanwhile the other two fans are actually Exausting the air, and sharing the same power "font".

So I got big passive and reasonable active intakes, and reasonable active outakes of air. at the cost of the stealthiness which is near zero when turned on.

There's 2 LR#1 seeds poping on paper tower, 1 planted aside the plant #3, separate pot ofc, So I intend to open the case completely, and add the other plantsto leech the light. Increasing the amount of plants to 4.

Energy bills already came kicking in bigger... but it's not only the lamp's fault, its the whole conjunct itself.

Specially because of the time I used the other big fan to chill things... plus the 24H schedule... and the worst is that I'm pretty sure my crop will be comical! Theres this one plant and I don't even know if it's sex YET! And the low wattage seems to be making buds become fluffy suckers, in theory.

This kid's experiment I'm running will solve all the questions to the LEGENDS of the internet bout em lo'rydaz.

Ì'm actually in look for males and females with different phenotypes... so every lowryder itself will be taken good care of.


Humidity is high, temperature is low... 27~degrees.
Just another cloudly day.

Outdoor's reg photoperiods are doing fine... But I'm paranoid bout it. I don't like risking shit... you know.

:/ I need to fix a way to vegetate em indoor. but my lowbudget is depriment!

So... Plants ben growing....
Again, i had to help the seedling to take it's hood off.
The thin pelicule between the seed and cotyledons, was again sticking cotyledons together, confining the first set of true leaves.

It's already looking good:


The other one, #3, is bursting in growth!


I've decide to chance the pots position...
Putting the seedling nearer the 6500k 42W lamp.
And #3 went to under the 2700k 25W lamp.

Since the pc-case is running open. With one big fan circulating the air, only. Noise became minimal. Ofcourse in exchange for total light leakage. Which is OK for now...

I've fed #3 with bone meal and ben watering them with mineral Water, cos it's PH is great!

So Air circulation and temperatura control, pH, all been improved.



So far no sex from #3... But im pretty sure it will be comin soon like next week or something.

Its funny cos im actualy wishing for a male!

I just want the polen of this indica -pheno LR so bad!

Still I hope I can revegetate #3 regardless of it's sex.
Any advice about it would be very welcome!

I wonder:

Should I remove one or a couple DVD cases from underneath #3, so it gets a longer distancy from the lamp?

Temps wont higher nor anything... Its leaves keep waving there really beautifully. Totally cool.

I see people don't give much atention to LR#1 growlogs anymore. I guess it's too sucky for ya'll.

But since I havent got any budshots to show its comprehensible...

I been thinking latelly, i guess i could top #3... So it's suposed to delay its development for atleast "10" days.

That would give time for the new seedling to develop and sort of recover the time diference between them.

Is this idea good, or bad?

Since its got no clue of sexing yet... And it has been around day 16~17. Its nearly the limit for HST, else i'd be performing it during flowering...which wouldn't be good at all... They say.

I've got one thing to say:

#3 is a female!

So its oficially flowering day #1, right?

And the plant is lacking some sort of nutrients.

Yeah... real nice (not at all).

Leaves are turning yellowish, and seem sort of more fragile, somehow.

Ill add pictures so you guys can spot what im talking about!


The leave's turnes tips may be caused by high temps and perhaps overwatering, correct?[emoji53]

Imma search about it but my internet sucks SO HARD!

Any piece of advice is very welcome!

Nice grow Gabro .... I just completed a warm weather grow w/ a Nirvana auto Blue Mystic ... for me the secret was lots of moving air ... didn't bring the temps down but lots of moving air allowed the plant to do OK in high heat ...

So... #3 been overwatered due to the rainy weather.

It looks like its almost dead.


I've drilled holes in it's pot so it helps breathing and drainage. and moved it to the outdoor.

Applied some basic LST cos it's "loose" sort of bending easilly, and I thought this could help exposing the inner leaves that perhaps weren't as damaged, and the plant could herhaps surpass this hard moment.

It looks just miserable.


Meanwhile, #4... I think I can call the new one like that:

Grows strong.


They been moved to the outdoor, cos temps been too high.

And that pc case isn't trully working. :/

I use the pc case when it starts to rain, cos #3 has already drown, so I can't allow it to bath more.

But the idea is to leave them out and let mother nature grow them.

:/

I just hope noone sees them!


Btw... it seems like da vet's were correct.

I gotta be the worst grower around!
