Good Luck Gabro! Don't give up on the PC grow!!
Now, there were a few other things I'd like to add.
1. I used to use freshwater aquarium water in a DWC hydro system. I had learned that a 'properly' aged aquarium should have a PH of like, 6.3 (I forget the details). It might be different with your water though.
(Edit: i was also 16 when I did it, but I was an avid OverGrow.com/HempBC.com forum member, so I guidance in the method. I also used Alaska fish Fertilizer only, so who knows how well it would work with other nutes.)
2. One idea you might want to try/Look into, if rain is a long term issue in your climate is to use open bottomed buckets, pots, or grow bags. It might prevent the young plant with a small root system from getting flooded, I think. I've heard stories about folks doing that in swampy areas.
3. If you are concerned about them getting spotted and possibly getting murdered by your gov't, you could manicure the leaves and shape them. Trim off the distinct jagged edge of the leaves, remove several and leave them a 3 fingered leaf, etc. It might be feasible on such a small plant as Lowryder #1 (i'd hate to try it on a ten foot tall pot tree though)
