Have you checked multiverse beans or DCSE? Most of DC seed exchange is small batch breeders and all of it looks fire! Brisco bargain beans is on there as well. Most of theirs aren’t feminized though, mostly regs but would be worth the effort I believe!

Nice, some prices are high but most are average!

Rush temporary licenses have been issued to 88 existing hemp farms so far to grow outdoor weed in NYS this Summer. They hope that will be enough to supply the retail stores supposed to open in September. They say they'll license people who've been growing illegally later, after they figure out the rules. People who've done time for weed will supposedly get priority for the next round of licenses:

Only so many, and nobody small can afford one, you'll have to grow under someone else's license, or stay hidden.

If you have a medical card you can grow legally now. If you don't, you will be able to soon. But only personal amounts (3 flowering, 3 in veg for each adult 21+ up to a max of 6 flowering and 6 veg. Up to 5lbs of buds.)
