Lighting Now it's my turn COB DIY

I think you will be very happy. I have a bunch of them at 50w and they are absolutely insane bright. The meanwell hlg-185h-1400 is only 1 volt short of running them. That would safely get you 3 cobs but 4 might be pushing it and I haven't seen anyone try it. So the 1050 is the best bet and most efficient way to run these anyways.

Jeez. I take it you couldn't get a usps flat rate box for 13 bucks.

12kg on the way from China
75$ shipments price
Man I feel bad for you now.

210 lbs or 95kg total shipping cost was $44

The clu-48 1212s are rated 34.6v typical.i have 4 1212s running on the meanwell hlg-185h-1400b perfectly

You are absolutely right but the size and model is my secret weapon.

At 1.4amp they draw 36.15v that's surprising that they work. It would be interesting to check the output voltage on a maxed out 185-1400 meanwell.

Well that was the driver you told me to get @BigSm0 :grrr2:

I recommended the
hlg-185h-c1050

I'm not sure about the hlg-185h-c1400 according to the amp meter at 1.4amp they draw 36.15amps. I think it is to close and would not offer this as a suggestion without testing it myself. But above you already said it works so I'm happy.
