New Grower Nicks First Auto Grow Journal.

Sounds like I am all good from what you all are saying AWESOME!!! I just want to stay on top of them as best as I can, from what I understand Autos are finicky and once an issue starts it is hard to fix because they grow so darn fast. I will stick to what I am doing now and let the growing begin!!!! I am excited to start LST ing them and everything. I want to get through a few grow cycles first and get a handle on the ol girls!!

Your doing great! We tend to fuss over our girls more than we should, but that's part of the fun, and we catch a true problem early, before it does real damage. And these plants can take a lot and still bounce back. I broke one of mine on the main stem, almost completely off! I stood it up and tired it with yarn, and today, its a big plant, bigger than the 2nd one planted at the same time, in fact its 3 times its size! But the forum is a great way to get help quick if you do spot a problem. There is info you can look up here, and people will jump in to help you. Keep up the good work!

Her they are at day 30. I am seeing more hairs every day. I just fed them full strengh nutes for the second time and seem to be handling them well. They are still growing vertically as well.

Day 34

Here they are at day 34, they have filled out nicely in the last few days. I have seen vertical growth slow flowers are getting bigger. When would be a good time to swtich to flower nutes from the looks of these little ones. Also do you think they will amount to much???

Don't worry about size as much as health. Yours look good, nice bud sites. The next three to four weeks will be all the time you have to fatten the buds. Don't love them too much, keep an eye on soil ph (check run-off). If your grow keeps going like this I think you will be a happy camper, good luck and good karma.

looking sharp! forming nice bud site's:drool:one more veg feeding, then make the switch.

Day 40 update.

Here they are my first autos ever at day 40. I am looking to get 2 zips dried per plant. Might be a large goal but I think they might just pull it off. I am gonna feed them bloom nutes starting tomorrow. Let me know what y'all think. Thanks

My Ph run off is 5.8 on my meter what would that make it for the true run off. I know there is a way to figure it out. I am having a brain fart and cant think of how to figure it out.

If you used ph 6.5 in and 5.8 out subtract difference (.7) soil ph 5.1. Your plants do not look like they are in 5.1ph soil, they look very good. Maybe flush (2000ml, 1/2gal) before bloom nutes with ph6.5 areated plain water. Watch the edge of your fan leaves, if they start getting very green cut back on nutes (mostly N). Keep up the good work.

I think I need a new meter. This last ph reading was from just my watering. I checked my run off when I fed last and it was 6 in and 4 out.

These plants are ruthless. I can feed them anything and they can handle it.. I am very impressed. I have always been a photo person but if the smoke from this is anything like the plant structure and strength than I might become a auto man lol She is starting to smell pretty good now as well.

Do autos double in size during flower like photos or should the verticle growth stop and buds form from there?
