New Grower Nicks First Auto Grow Journal.

Looked in on the ladies this morning and they are looking happier than ever!! I will boost up the nute strength next feeding.

I am a little nervous tho, they have not broken through the soil and its been a little over 36 hrs. The root coming from the seed was around 1/4 inch. I am a little worried about only having a 400 watt hps, I just don't think that's enough. We will see I guess.

A 400 watt HPS is capable of growing several fine plants, no need to upgrade now!

I just fed the girls half strength nutes for there second feeding. They handled the 1/4 strength nutes just fine. Figured I would see how far I can push them. They seem to be a pretty hearty plant as a whole. Very grower friendly!!

Just checked in on the girls after the heavier feeding. They handled them like a champ. I bet they shot up a few inches over night. I will post pics as soon as I can tomorrow. I had to move them to the 400 watt hps room. I hope that will not hurt them. The temps in the room average between 62 and 77 and the humidity is between 33 and 45 percent. They are running on a 20/4 light cycle still. I am also thinking about a foliage spray mix with my bio-weed. What should I keep my ppms around on that spray??

Day 23 update

Here they are 24 hrs after 1/2 strength nutes. I think a am safe to bump it up some more, what do you all think??

Looking real good. Watch your young leaf tips for nute burn. A little is ok, at this stage any stress is not welcome. Two or three days may tell you more, mistakes with autos are hard to fix without hurting your yeild. In two weeks vertical growth should slow and you will be switching to bloom nutes, so this is when growth needs be at it's best. Good luck and good karma.

By the way it is looking as of now I have one Sativa dominant pheno and the shorter of the two might be Indica dominant. Please let me know if I am thinking correctly

to early to tell, they probably have not decided yet. fickle female's.:Sharing One:
