New Grower New to growing for healing

I never presume or assume anything. Because when you do it makes an (ass) of (u & me). It's going to do a much better job than eating highly processed hormone induced meat & dairy products as well as highly refined processed sugars. Also check out nutritionfacts.org its evidence based medical research on nutrition that helps fight disease. Maybe Rick Simpson would disagree with you also. But what do I know. We're all entitled to our opinions and beliefs. It's a mindset I'm after. If I know I'm doing all I can to try and heal from within; well at least that's my mission. I came on here for help not negativity. But thanks anyway

I should have included or said: Don't stop the mainstream medical care and treatments I presume you are receiving, based on presuming cannabis or a healthier diet will 'heal' your cancer.

To me, using 'heal' is much like using 'cure;' with disease elimination and fixing the cause involved, with this much different than just claiming 'treatment.' I think most everyone would agree that cannabis plant materials and extracts do not consistently cure any serious disease (while being safe and effective for treatment/reduction of symptoms from many diseases).

It's a medication. And like other medications, it relieves or eliminates symptoms. If someone believes it has healing properties, they have just as much right to believe in that, as they do other doctor prescribed medication. What people believe about the benefits of cannabis is totally up to them. Let's try not to impede on others beliefs.

dangerous words @Prophetiko ... yes you can believe what you want but it doesn't make it true... let the little lie's in and the big one's follow.

nearly lost my friend trying to cure her breast cancer with cannabis oil this year... I could go into the fine details but I'm not, its been a horrendous 2017/18 and the story is very very long... you see "belief" nearly killed my very close friend, she believed all the little lies then they turned into very big lie's and her life was seriously on the line (she has two kids 9 and 16). I was the one growing her cannabis and I was the only friend to stand up to her about it. Not even her husband (I've know him for years, one of my oldest friends), he had "the belief"... I ended up stop growing for her until she went to a doctor... yes that's right "the belief" was so strong with this one she didn't need a diagnosis... we fell out big for over 9 months over it. We are very very close and it broke my heart... remember I went missing from AFN for few months end of last year, I was dealing with this situation.

That lump got huge over the year then lucky her husband woke up from "the belief" realized he was going to loose his wife and marched her the hospital (and I started growing for her again... he came round in tears apologizing to me and for not listening and thanking me for being the only one). Thank her lucky stars he did, they caught just in time as she was heading into stage 3, this was in Feb this year. She had to go through the full works, surgery, chemo etc. but she came out he other side ALIVE... she is still in recovery and is just about have reconstructive surgery but well on the mend... every day she say's sorry to me and thanks me for being the only one to call "bull shit" on the belief. She knows she might be dead if wasn't for me and my stubborn nature. It was me walking away from her that sowed the doubt in her husband's mind but it took 9 month to break down the belief. She now campaigns against "The belief" for "the truth and fact", I live in hippy central where "the belief" is strong and she is now a glowing beacon of truth in our town and others have know had there lives saved due to it.

One thing my close friend did say about her use of cannabis through out the whole ordeal (she hasn't stopped taking it, lunch time coffees are fun) was that if it wasn't for the all the temple balls I made her she would have had trouble with completing the chemo, being stoned made the hole experience a lot easier. This one thing I'm shouting, all you Chemo patients need to high strengh canna to get through it with ease.

Please don't think I'm jumping on my high horse @Prophetiko , you have the right to believe what you wish but it doesn't make it true. Belief is what is destroying this world, just look at what religion is doing right now around the world in the name of belief... its facts we need and what @BLL has said is the truth of the matter so far. Cannabis does not cure any illness that we know of "yet" but we do know is that its very complementary and can ease symptoms of many ailments.

Folks,

I need to weigh in again on this one before it gets blown way out of context, like anything words, sentences and paraphrasing is interpreted different by many.

I have an incurable cancer (Myeloma) never once have I said I was going to cure myself, because currently its still scientifically incurable. Belief again is probably the wrong word - I would use mindset and having a positive mindset is hugely important.

@Slater great work by the way, cancer is different for everyone as its a genetic disease. Folks working with the disease have to be open to try everything.

My aim here to try try and heal the balance within my body, by all means necessary that I am in control of.

When dealing with an awful disease like cancer, there is no room for negativity but more constructive help and advice.

Keep well folks - take control

:bighug: I'm sorry @RichiePlantBased , I apologies if i sounded ranty. I really really didn't mean to, it was something I need to let go off and its the firsts I've spoken about it on AFN :pass:... man! slater choose his moments.

The positive mind set as you say is the most important along with keeping the mind open to all your options... my friends world came crashing down when she relised chi and leading a positive life was not going to cure her (we was that deep down the rabbit hole) but I did give her some positivity back, I showed her posts on here and articles about what we know so far, made her jewelry with symbols that represented the parts of the drugs she was taking (did you know one of the drugs they use in chemo come's from the yew tree)... the yew tree has its own rune, runes have power if you believe and that's one thing she held on to. Plus me feeding her high strength canna to get through the day.
Once we found that positivity again she was able to get through it.

Your right difficult word belief and maybe I should have chosen better, it can be taken out of context to easily

Well I have some experience in dealing with patients as well as a fairly prominent member within the organics world of cannaherbals.if you need any help hit me up.Id be my pleasure to help you get set up.The natural terpenes ,oils and other Canna components are always brought out and more prominent within organics. You got your PH sorted thanks to mossy.Organic diet as best as you can and now top shelf organic herbals and your solid broski.best of luck in your fight.I understand some,I have MS myself for several years been diagnosed myself. That's why I do pure natural organics.

@Slater no need to apologise dude I used the word belief too... You were not Ranty at all. Great story with what seems a very positive outlook so kudos to you for caring and helping.

@Eyes on Fire cheers, no doubt I'll be getting your help on my next grow - I have a white widow seed left so I intend to use that. I used organic soil with plain old organic feed and tap water for this initial grow so once I get the tent freed up I'll get on with getting all the organics bits in place. So any info on what to buy in the next couple of weeks would be great.

Thanks again everyone for being inclusive
