Never did a Scrog before,

Made 2 telescopic aluminium rods to support the PVC coated wire mesh panel, adjustable in height without using screws/nails. Not sure about the height yet will know in a few weeks how tall my 2 Skunk auto's will be.

I'd like to keep my seedlings short/compressed and thick stemmed, in a few days I am going to top my females as I'm hoping for a sea of green!
Are you growing a SOG or a SCROG? If it’s scrog then I recommend trying to keep the screen 8-12 inches from the top of pot. In the picture my screen is at just about that height, probably closer to 10 inches. I normally start at 8 and over time it gets pushed a little.

This a picture of the same plant 4+ months later after being harvested once and then revegged. She’s about halfway thru flowering the 2nd time now

"Are you growing a SOG or a SCROG?"

That's the question not sure what it's called, I want a evenly spread-out & level playing field.
Thanks for your advice HemiSync!

Ok, yea you want a screen of green for a spread out level playing field. Sea of green is great if you like tending to 30 small plants that were flipped as soon as possible, but can be a lot of work. Not saying a scrog is easier but once you get your girls weaved into the screen you are done until harvest.

Dutch Passion has some of the best genetics and I highly recommend them. They have a Durban Poison, can’t get much more sativa than that, and they have it both in a photoperiod and an autoflower. Take your choice and you can’t go wrong.

Hi HemiSync,

Just ordered the Auto Durban Poison from dutch-passion.com (my home country)
for my next grow after this test run.

"A landrace Sativa variety from South Africa, Durban Poison is known for its spicy/
sweet anise-like smell and taste and it's clear-headed cerebral effect. Pure Sativa

Sweet, you are going to love that smoke, great daytime meds.:d5: Being a landrace sativa you will have to train it under that screen and then fully expect it to stretch big time when she flowers. My next run will most like be a sativa as well. Fast Buds Tangie-matic is the biggest strain Fast Buds makes and it tastes like mandarin oranges. In a 50 liter pot it’s supposed to go as big as 150cm. I’m planning on using a 20 liter pot and maker her the only one in a 120x120x210 tent with all the room she can handle for the stretch. Might even pull out the DWC gear to really grow her big.:smoking:
