New Grower My Plant's leave fall down

Im growing afghan kush ryder auto and its just grown for 3 days. After germination it had a stain like white round on one leave and today I touched it for control and it fall down. Is this important situation and is there anything to do? And is this effect growing period or create any problem?

First of all welcome to our forum glad you joined.Don't worry about those first round leaves because they are called a seed leaf and it is normal for them to yellow and fall off.Just leave her alone,no more touching and she will be fine.
