Looks good @MassMom. On day 21 with mine and just clipped off the fifth nodes for the Raspberry Punch Auto and 4-Assed Monkey. Topping has been a routine of mine since starting. I like the more even canopy vs the large main cola. Personal preference. But you did good in my humble opinion!

I was checking out your Purple Rolex and Creme de la Chem journal. You had a rough time, but you hung in there!


I SO WISH I could pop a seed right into the final pot/medium like you. It just NEVER works for me and I have lost

Looking good! I topped my Sage Scout last night on the 18th day, but it was already at node 6. I usually go by node count vs days because every plant can be so different, especially if you’re running different strains at the same time.

Well, the little one seems to be doing GREAT from her "Hey, what the heck did you just do to me lady?" topping 2 days ago.
She is taking it like a champ!! I am so impressed with this little girl. Day 14 and she has already been through so much..but
she looks strong, healthy and beautiful

I saw a little GNAT FROM HELL in my tent, so I put some peppermint and citronella essential oils on a cotton ball and ran it around the outside of my pot and all around the outside of my tent to deter them from even entering it in the first place.

I have never used my extractor fan/filter in veg before~ I have always just waited until flower. Turning it on does make my temp go down a few degrees (and I like to keep it at 80..sigh), however, 78 degrees and good air flow might be the better bet. So, doing it passively, I have my oscillating fan pulling in from the bottom left screen opening... and the extractor fan on low/medium sucking everything up and pushing it out at the top right.

Turning up the light just a touch every day to see what she can handle.

Yep, I am still learning~ every grow!!

Well, I think I can stop worrying that the topping hurt her. She is looking wonderful!
Nothing new today. No watering, no bondage, no light changes~ just a cute plant chillin out in her tent.

Time is flying by!
Yesterday she got a 1L watering of 3g/G Megacrop~pH'd to 5.9, and this morning I turned up the light to 330ppfd.
She is getting bigger, so I think I might turn on the rez VERY soon. Whoot! Made it to another milestone

MY PPFD PLAN according to Dr. Bugbee from Apogee:

150 PPFD: Seedlings in my veg tent under 96W T5.
200 PPFD: Once seedling are put in big girls tent under Mars Hydro LED.
200-500 PPFD: Daily increase light to get around 500 PPFD by late veg/early bloom.
500-900 PPFD: Once in bloom, increase light daily and watch reaction of plant.
