Indoor Mephisto, ALF #5 x Azian Haze CBD, Jem...

Well then I should be on the right track, think I will keep things a touch warmer than I had been. I am in a garage with an insulated door, but some air passes by on the sides, though maintaining 70F or so ambient temp out there has not been too much challenge.

I placed three or so seeds in each of the pots, all ten pots are for cannabis plants. Just kind of put them where there were holes in the cover crop along the perimeter. I am going to take out most of the Austrian Winter Peas when I transplant here in a bit, but leave a couple in each pot. And don't worry, you can "grill" away I prefer the questions and interactions in my thread. Pretty sure it is Vishnu with the four arms, at some point I might paint it to add some fun colors in there. I like blue better than red by a long shot, so yeah, if it's Kali she be gettin' the boot!

Thanks for the info, I was thinking you had the marigolds separate. I'm really intrigued to try an organic AutoPot with companion planting to see what it's about. More likely if I can convince my husband to let me grow a plant outside in a container I'd just use one of my old tree pots and go organic out there. But if it makes him too nervous of course it won't happen, he already puts up with my indoor BS :smoking:

80 deg, f, is my target. my tents are two rooms away from woodstove. so most of winter my tents are 70 deg. f. during the day and drop for the four hours the light is off to about 60deg. f.
most people say 60 is to low for the plants to grow, yes and no. not ideal ,but they still grow pretty good with those temps.:smokeout: I use , for autos a 20/4 light schedule.

Those autopots are cool, but I love hand watering and talking to my plants while doing so, or playing them some music. Automatic watering would take a lot away from what I enjoy, and that is getting my hand dirty and involved. I am sure the companion planting would go fine though, they just help build soil structure which makes watering way easier and you can use less it seems. I still am having trouble finding chamomile locally, but that is next on the cover crop plans.

Thank you Irie! I try to keep it interesting around here and the plants seems to like me and their environment at least a little bit because they are growing and healthy, my friend.

"Now on to the marijuana!"

Haha! I love it. You may have the most interesting tent I have seen, Mordie! Keep doing what you are doing, brother! Looking good!

Good info as always Magoo. I recently realized I had not changed my timer back to 18/6 from 20/4 (reduced the lights off hours due to cold weather), anyhow, I personally feel like my plants grow more when they have a little bit longer dark period, but have used 20/4 all the way through before and did just fine. How does your RH do with burning wood in the house? You probably have a pot steaming constantly to help offset that?

Weather conditions indicate I should stay home and grow cannabis :smoking:

Alright friends, my transplanting got put off until this morning, but all went as planned. I actually decided to wait until this morning, an hour or so before lights off, because I thought it might actually harm the plants MORE to try and get them transplanted AND have to take "sunshine" at the same time from last night until this morning. Too many processes. So, I decided giving them a quick transplant where they can take in light for a short while, then rest in the darkness for 6 hours so their roots can grow was a better option. Maybe that is overthinking, but I am super analytical, and I want to try and nurture these plants the best I can as they are all medicine meant to nurture us in return.

Here is the lineup of goodies... Azos (dusted the roots and holes), RTI Mykos (sprinkled in the bottom of hole and rubbed on roots), and Bigfoot (sprinkled in bottom of hole... Read the bag, love the Squatch!).

My first Jem transplant was a "test" I will say, of what not to do when transplanting. Instead of diving right in hand first, literally, making a giant mess in the process, it works much better to clear out some cover crop slowly and then gently scoop soil out until you reach your desired hole size. Luckily, I needed to shuffle things in the tent a tiny bit, which gave me the free space and time to vacuum and clean the "jungle", so the garage got a nice once over as well from my mess.

The remaining Jem's all went smooth without a hitch in the giddyup, as did the Forgotten Cookies and ALF#5 Azian Haze CBD. The Jem's went in small pots in front, so I can easily move the smallest ones first for maintaining things and watering, if needed. The FC and AH CBD went into 3gal pots and are middle row. Once the plants in the 7.5's are done I will be swapping out to 3gal and smaller across the board.

I also added stones into all the planters for some good nature, and my crew of figures are all rockhounding. Have fun growing y'all! :bighug:
