New Grower Medimadness’ rotating garden of lunacy.

How you getting on with the Pax 3 btw? I got a Pax 2 a while ago and I'm love with it. Don't really use it too much at home but when I'm out and about it's the best. Ultimate discretion!

I actually think it's a bit better for tasting terps, but for some reason I just always end up reaching for the bong. Force of habit and I guess I like the ritual of it all, but yeah... In love with the Pax!

Do you think it's worth upgrading to the 3? I'm into the idea of the app temp control to really fine tune it.

Don't get me wrong im in love with my ice bong, water pipe and all that still. Just I like to do huge rips all at once, can't stand double torching and my lungs ain't what they used to be so after a couple .25 hits I'm spent but concentrates have blasted my tolerance and I can fit .4-.6 in the pax eazy which is great.

I tried the pax 2 and it's good, and has a firm hit the moment it heats but the pax 3 heats quicker to a terp perf range at like 20 secs and in boost mode through the app after 25 secs reaches about 220c for those super clouds

I'm pretty glad I went with the pax 3 as the battery life can go through 8-10 sessions easy and with its hepactics it responds so well.

Still I probably wouldn't get the pax 3 if I had the pax 2, I would get a volcano for home use coz that's like the bong equivalent of a vape and I wish I still had one!

The volcano is the dream!!! Lol

The volcano is the dream!!! Lol

I know, I had mine plugged into an ancient extension a while back (before I started to check my electrics lol) and we had a surge which fucked it and I haven't had a decent dry herb vape since till now!

White Widow day 84 in soil and finally ready for the flush.

She's fattened up a lot and is largely made up of bud, and dense and smelly buds at that. Most of her lower fans have died off and she's got some lovely trich action in there, if I had the capacity I would show you lol.

The test buds I had off her a week ago were absolutely fantastic which has made me confident she is ready for the flush besides the trichs.

Just pulled the lowest side branching from the Dr. Feelgood at day 76 as she's giving all good signs and I like to see what I'm working with. Nugs are spaced out but seem lovely a big, very little popcorn for low buds.

She really takes on that blue Himalaya character, with big fat buds and hints of blue and a very berry-spicy kush charas smell. Delectable!

Will pop her in brown paper bag and give her a few days before I give her a test, hopefully she's nearly ready for flush by that time.

She's also been packing on weight super quick since I upgraded the lights.

For the lowest outer side branch I am really impressed with how she's producing!

So I have a lot of plants showing good amounts of trichs turning amber, all coming to a close in perfect timing for the babies.

White Widow Auto Dope Seeds (Back left) day 86 in soil and day 3 of clean water:
She is reacting positively to the flush and is showing even more weight being packed on, along with those trichs continuing to turn. Her pistils have quite a bit of colour however they are two-toned and look white in natural lighting with a poor camera. Need that canon my friend keeps promising to bring round but never does!
It is crazy how strong but thin her cola stems are, allowing for very thick and dense buds that are very little stem or leaf. Some of her foxtails have filled out a little too which is great, it seems whatever had been causing that has now stopped.
Her test smoke from a week ago was so strong in my pax that I ended up spending the whole weekend out and about in the hills on my off-road bicycle that I havent been able to do in ages. Great stuff but a little more spicy and slightly less racy that the original, but I cannot wait to taste the properly matured buds. She has taken a while to get there but when she entered the final stretch she just exploded so quickly.

Dr Feelgood Short Stuff Seeds (upfront) day 77 in soil:
And we have Amber! Lots of it too, I think she will be having a few more days on the feed as im going to wait for a bit more amber on this one before the flush but I expect her to come down very soon indeed!
Her buds are spaced out, and I think that overfeeding her a little a bit late in the game may have affected yeilds slightly but I am still very happy with how she is producing as every cola is generating many fat and dank sticky but fluffy hashy smelling buds.

Northern Lights Auto Dope Seeds day 69 in soil:
I am so pleased with how quickly this girl has finished up as I was expecting a long 100 day grow on this one however she is showing almost all orange pistils and more than enough amber and so the flush has begun!

Some of her buds became so fat that they had to be tied to the ticker cola stems to keep them close to the light. This one has produced no popcorn buds as far as I can see and is absolutely dripping with resin with even some trichs creeping up the stems of fan leaves. While not the biggest plant she seems to have produced very well, especially within such a short timeframe.
All this was achieved with a tactical young age top and very gentle LST in order to dictate adult structure and a couple of small bends in flowering to allow for even growth of buds.
She turned out very uniform and taught me that topping the third node and leaving four main colas to develop is a good way to get a uniform and squat plant that isn't too much shorter than breeders projections with minimal effort as long as you give adequate time for recovery between transplant and top (if transplanting like me).

Nicole Cream Auto Seedstockers (Seedling closest to WW) day 15 in soil:

Doing a lot better now and steadily developing the nodes. I will not be topping this individual as she had an initial malformation and would rather not risk it.

Candy Dawg Auto Seedstockers day 15 in soil and continuing to impress. She has very strong and vigorous growth and is the best candidate for the battle so far. I may top her but I have yet to decide as to whether it is worth it as it may extend her timeline significantly and may just employ some extensive LST and attempt similar structure to Dr feelgood.

Then lastly we have what is either a Northern Lights Auto or a White Widow Auto as I got the seeds mixed up I'm not sure but I believe it is a NL at day 5 in soil, and day 2 above ground showing in the small plastic pot. She is coming on well despite a deformed cotyledon.

Anyway people thank you for checking in

Peace :pighug:

Also finally got the bubble bags back from my mate!

Forgot I even leant them to him, only got them back because I mentioned I had to buy some new ones and he said he's never even used the ones I leant him
