Indoor Maxi Gom's week 3/4.

Hi guys managed to take some time to snap a few pics.

They have really taken off over the last week!! They look like there really gonna give some impressive yields if i dont screw them up.
I think i may have went abit overboard with nine maxi's in the tent? what do you guys reakon is that to many plants? will the 600w still penetrate the side branches?

the 600 will be fine as your going to max out at around 20 ounces though, the max gom can produce more than 2 ounce per plants so you coulda got away with less plants maybe. the only difference i find is that you will have thinner branches as they don't get enough airflow when things start getting tight. You might have to prop a few up nearer harvest time.

I was hoping in the best case i would pull 25 zips.
Its getting to be a right jungle in there now , kinda hard to water etc.. lol

I been giving them a full strength feed of rhizotonic and will for the next 2/3 weeks , in the hope it will give them a strong root structure , then inturn give think stalks. well thats my way of thinking anyways lol.
Also have that fan going very strong so the hole canpoy moves alot.

i got 23 from a 600. the 1 gram per watt is just a benchmark to go by and it's usually pretty accurate, some people claim more and some people show they get more. If i'm hitting near that mark then i'm as happy as a pig in shit

To get the thick stalks you are right that they need the ferts but they also need a reason to get thick, if they are not blowing about then they will stay thin and will need help supporting bud. i make sure my seedlings are swinging about in the wind like seagulls catching the updrafts off the cliffs. at one point i had 23 plants in a 4x4 and by the end they were thin branches flopping all over the place, still got my 600 grams though

if ye really need the 25 then chuck in some extra lighting, maybe some dangling cfl's if the growroom can take the extra heat. I'll be checking in for yer final weights. i hope ye do pull 25 heh heh would be sweet.

Id more than happy with 23 or even 10. i just set a benchmark of 25 before i start to try and aim for.
Ill post up what i get and a smoke report when its done. Not really heard alot about maxi goms in the way of smoke reports and grow journals , just been shooting blind wid nutes etc.. But they seem to be able to take a full strength canna coco + rhizotonic every feeding so cant be bad.

Got some pk 13/14 for flowering boost , but im rather cautious about using that shit i heard its mighty strong.

i've seen a couple and they were branchy big yielders. A mate did 5 in a 4x4 under a 600, he started chopping early and never did a final weight but they were beasts.

Thought id give you guys an update. These plant are crazy!! they just dont stop growing. They are really starting to look like there going to give an impressive yield.
I've just brought myself a 1000w hps for the tent. And 4 90w LED's for under lighting. all should be here next couple of days.

Ok this has peaked my interest in this strain, good job bro. I think i will grab myself a 10 pack and give it a shot before switching to photos for now. My biggest thing was yield and that is what i need. I will be watching this would love to see the kind of numbers you get.

I would love to see this in a hydro flood/drain system
