just saw your pineapple expresse grow seymour! thats some inpressive shit!.

With your maxi pics. just looks like loads of smaller buds. I only started the maxi's as i thought they were a seriuos heavy producer. with some major main cola's

Hey guys. found some time to take some more pics 2day.
Looks like they are all going well.
All are on full strength nutes now , with no sign of burning.

It's interesting to hear that there is 2 different pheno's in these maxi's. I have 4 of them going right now and this is my 3rd auto grow. The plants are right at 2 wks old now and I'm using the same system that I have used for about 20 years. The plants right now look very healthy but are vey short but also very fat. I thought that they would be taller by now but to be honest I am very impressed by the way they look. Time will tell.

Tho atm im not to impressed with the strain , on the bigger phenos there only starting to chuck out mature node spacing with nodes spacing about half inch apart. And im not sure there gonna grow much higher?. What do you think Mrnice reakon there grow up much more? im hoping they will , cause i wanted some serious big colas.

Think they have alot of sativa breed into them , the bigger phenos that is. the smaller phenos obviously exhibit more of the ruderils breeding.

well bro,you want more spacing inbetween the nodes,i'd say rise your lights alittle higher.that should make them strectch alittle.giving you more spacing inbetween your nodes.

Srry mrnice i shgould have explained myself alittle better.

What i ment is the tallest of the maxi's is pretty much 1 meter high , but its only the top 4 inches of the plant the has nice close node spacing. But there starting to heavy flower now , so that means they will stop growing?.
was just hoping for some big cola's like my LR'2 did. Im still pretty new to all this.

Also was looking at you mi5 & onxy grow , What benefits and draw backs do you get from LST'ing them like that? is it something i should have done with the maxi's

i think you should get some more vert. bud growth still.

well the best thing about LSTing your plants is the control factor!it makes it a lot easier to keep an even canopy.plus in most cases not all it will increase your yield.not majorly,but you will see a difference.

Well i am glad to see that someone is growing this strain, i was real close to ordering it, but i think i will pass or wait untill i see how this turns out. They claim to have a HUGE main cola and can easy grow to 1 meter without a problem

Hi lykaboss.

I was in the exact same shoes as you. I read all the breeders notes on them , but i couldnt find any grow journals or anything grower replated.
So i bit the bullet and decided to give them ago. The side branching on them is very impressive!! and im yet to see signs of the "monstrous" main cola's that are so big you need to watch for bud root.

Only time will tell!! kept a eye on this thread and ill the pics coming every week or so.
