I'm still using the same bottles I had before I joined AFN.
does it have a shelf life?

Alsoif you aerate your soil well with an extra 15-20% perlite and use fabric pots its almost impossible to over water. Not impossible, but almost lol.

I have a quart of ph down i bought like 3yrs ago and maybe used an 1/4 ounce out of it! It was phosphoric acid I believe and took about 6 or 7 tiny drops to lower ph almost a whole point! It wasn’t consistent tho! Some times the same 7 drops would only move it half that amount so got aggravating!

It also depends on how much has been added to the water. Higher amount of disolved solids takes more to move the ph

DiL helped me get meds and protein stuff, was online this morning researching suff I like and how much it contains. Got 180 grams in me today, since 2pm. Trying for 200 a day and not doing much work.
Nutritionist figured I cannibalize between 20 and 25 pounds of muscle mass.

Be careful you don't blow out your kidneys with too much protein.

It is pretty stressful buying a new car even when all of your ducks are in a row. It went quite well and the 2023 Chevy Bolt is in the driveway. I am totally spent. The drive up to Stockton was smooth but coming home the 99 highway was stop, wait and go really SLOW for about 40 miles.

I did not read any of todays posts and may never so if something was for me please repost.
