It just the constant push back on the subject not just him saying it’s just a sales gimmick which intern insults the purchasers. I don’t even have one just thinking about buying one
Hardly anything to get bent over. Agree to disagree and move on.

I been looking around for an old beater truck I can take my time and repair. Love to find a Ford ranger pre 1990. I know those things pretty well. Car just rolled over 100k so I got 20k to 30k time space to get in there and rip the front out for the timing set replacement. And I always feel more comfortable with a spare in case something happens. Plus I have to be careful on what and how I carry stuff.
What? You don't like the Styling change on the front end in 90?
A simple 2.3 liter and a manual transmission are hard to beat in a little Ranger. Real easy to work on and will last and last and last.

I know when he first started talking about them he wanted to bring positive traffic to the site about them but that quickly went the other way. I agree but it's hard when you can't be proud of something cause of the haters

Yeah, loved mine, couldn't kill it. Took me about 2 days of my time to do a complete rebuild. Knew a guy in Jax worked at a head shop that had em in stock on the shelf. Only hang up was the shop that blasted the block clean. Took them 2 weeks to have it ready. Knew it was mine too as I banged my initials in the back of the block.
