OMG bones from 22 pounds of chicken thighs makes some wonderful bone broth. Then from there 2cups of broth with lots of fresh vegetables and some chicken meat makes really good chicken soup.
I am probably going to eat that again today!
Breakfast, there is a chicken sausage patty hiding under the egg poached in tomato, yogurt with mycelium, granola and fresh pear. Of course, the long black was very good. The beans are only 2 days off the roast so it was a little on the bright side.
