I've never heard of that...is it like grits.......?
@Mossy, kind of hard to describe, but in the neighborhood of grits. As the name states, it' more of a creamy texture. Still a touch grainy, but much less than grits or polenta which are the same thing. Also it's wheat where the other two are corn. Either yellow or white. It's pretty much only a breakfast food where as the other two can be eaten all day and jazzed up to boot especially in the south east US.
