Morning Kittens
And Frank. Interesting week, wife been flopping tween nice and mean but no overt blowup. Back started feeling it's normal self so went out to lift the old flange out. Stacking block one side, a 4 ft 2x4 with an old ratchet strap hook end, and my bottle jack. Stuck enough that didn't notice casing coming out till 2 inches. So it was put pressure on it while beating on it. Finally started up out the casing and of course galvanized, great can just use a vice grip to secure it except I can't find any of my vice grips, so off to ace to get one. Fun time pipe wrenching that flange off, got it all cleaned, doped, new flange in. Release the vice grips....nothing. So started wacking with a 2x4 and 2lb sledge, almost no movement. Got my 4ft 10lb sledge and it started to see my point of view. Got down, tightened up, gasket, pump, played he'll finding those hidden bolt holes. But that's done. Working slowly on piddling shit now like piping, filters, electrical etc.

House filters in place, gonna have to order a new batch. Gonna have Ace it for a 1" pipe to 1" slip glue fitting. Hate it when people do pvc pipe and jam the fittings together so there's nothing left and you can't reuse em.
