Morning Kittens and Frank. Think I figured out my new wake up time is 0600 to 0630. Almost every night I'll wake around 0400 (hold over from truck driving) if I lay back down and sleep I wake up tween those times feeling good. If I screw up and go ahead and start my morning at 0400 sometime during the day I start going downhill.

I saw that Borderlands movie on YouTube too. I saw it with a kid. I thought it was a kind of descent youth action comedy of sorts I dunno. Not THAT bad. Overhyped maybe, I don't really get entertainment news anymore so I don't know.
