Used to have a 6Ft tripod you attach a chainfall to to pull them up. When I started driving truck I lost track of it cause I wasn't home to take side jobs doing that stuff.

Well, feeling good so hoping it was just an aberration. Back was just screaming so I took another half to get through the night. Since I stopped trying to manage with OTC stuff my stomach feels a lot better.

Just got done watching Wrath of Man on YT (free), pretty good Statham film if you into those. Came out in 21 so fairly newer than their usual fare.
