@Cerebral Goo We prefer thin crust and sometimes the toppings would qualify as Neapolitan but we have made hundreds if not thousands of Pizzas and none are the same, I don't even have a guess at how many cheeses we have tried. One thing consistent is the pepperoni, we get a Margarita Stick and have it scored lengthwise before it is sliced, this way it does not cup in the high heat so there are no grease pools. We have a fantastic Italian Deli and the meats are all top shelf. I make Italian Chicken or Turkey sausage and Ms. MOG makes all manor of sauces from scratch. I don't agree with the idea that you cannot add wood flavor in a hot oven, an old grape stump soaked in water for a few minutes before you toss it in a hot oven will add lots of smoke flavor. It is especially good on a meat lovers pie. Dry wood does not smoke. I use almond wood to get up to heat. It took Ms. MOG quite a while to get the GF pizza dough dialed in and now no one even notices. When the oven has cooled down some ~ 600°F you can bake other styles of pizza. By then everyone is already full.
My oven is not portable but all of the people that eat here are, at least when we get started

Bad day yesterday, tween over working for Thanksgiving and cleaning up, the cold ass weather all I did was hibernate, drink water and try to stay warm.
Having a bit of a battle with her. Seems no matter what she expects me to do dishes and make coffee. I didn't night before last and she was pissed. She is perfectly able, she just refuses to. So as of last night they still aren't done.

Since turning on the exhaust fan I've moved to my room to stay warm. Fucking 35 outside now and it warmed up 1 degree. So yesterday morning, went wally world, bought me a single cup dual brew, a k cup adapter and am enjoying a nice cup and a smoke in bed.
