Good Morfnoevight All! EO on TB.

Busy busy morning, delivered burritos I made for my wife and her co-workers, made GF Sourdough English Muffins, bring on the Hollandaise.

The whole house smelled so go while cooking these, the sourdough flavor and aroma is bold. They are soft to chew, not perfect but damn close. Thomas's Sourdough English Muffins is a tough target to break.

Got a hair cut, mowed some weeds, The traffic on the roads is terrible.

We will be going to the Sister-in-Laws for Thanksgiving tomorrow where the majority of the family will descend. I am going to attempt to do a rotisserie turkey if I can make it fit. It is the smallest turkey I could find at 9#.

I will probably never eat a hot dog again without thinking about Hobbes and whether or not this would make a good pipe :crying: :crying: :crying:

This morning I scrambled some eggs with left over taco meat, reheated some hashbrowns, fried some tomato, 1/2 of a pear, made yogurt, mycelium, granola and blueberries. The long Black was excellent.

The trouble with EV's that I see is that they are a lot heavier than normal vehicles and therefore will be harder on the roads. Right now fuel taxes pay for the road mtce. Something will change when those fuel tax dollars cease and I doubt you will have free charging anywhere. Right now the closest fast charging station is an hours drive from here. The biggest issue is if we become totally EV dependent we are sitting ducks if our enemies target our power grid.
I sure wish they looked a little harder into fuel cells and hydrogen. Those I could see being plausible.
I don't think the weight of an EV car is an issue.

On average, an electric vehicle (EV) car weighs significantly less than a pickup truck, with most EVs being heavier than comparable gasoline cars due to their battery weight, but still lighter than most pickup trucks; for example, a typical EV might weigh around 4,000 pounds while a standard pickup truck can easily reach 5,000 pounds or more depending on size and features.

Not paying gas tax will be but I am more than sure they will figure out how to get our money :cuss:

Range will not be an issue for most as the infrastructure gets built out. EVs are not for everyone yet and may never be the only Green Fuel choice.

If you want range for two people check out the soon to be in production Aptera, the big battery option will give 1,000 mile range and you can get 40 miles a day free from the sun!

I am reservation number 20,000.

Sure would be nice to win this….
