This is what I was hoping too….the old “can’t put the tooth paste back in the tube” argument..

That would probably be the end of the administration that enacted any homegrown regulations, no matter who actually passed it.
If, and that's a big if, They actually pass any legislation. All they really need to do is just remove it from the schedule.
Just doing that would negate all the federal laws that regulate marijuana and penalize.

Now that would just throw it to the States,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, As I always thought it should be.
If it had not been Federally illegal all this time, I feel it would have been far easier to change things at the state level.

Shit, we're medically and recreationally legal here with no home grow. It's the multi state growers who have the $ to lobby the politicians to keep it that way

Trick or treating has started in towns throughout Mass. All the businesses have the kids going from store to store. Darting everywhere.
