Morning @mossy…. I took a me time to sleep this morning despite waking up be six a clock. Woke up, eat breakfast then went to bed and slept 3 more hours. And now I feel great, I’m at the gym. Think I will change routines….. got more power at this time + plus the breakfast that have landed and traveled out to my body’s deifferent parts…
After yesterday's fluster I had everything done by 8pm, layed down to watch the game and by 8:30 was ready to sleep so I shut it all down and went to bed........so not really early, just a shift in schedule.
