In legal states, it’s basically like getting any other job. Some states are more lenient than others as far as background checks go…but it’s literally just apply for a bunch of jobs, and keep applying until you get something. You’ll get on in an entry level position, and be expected to grow by someone else’s plan.

Also, it's farming. So I would think it's more about production, input costs, pest management on a large scale, etc., as opposed to growing the best plants

This is a very good point….farming vs growing. I imagine managing that size of a canopy is extremely complex…

Yes if their plan is better… then Im in for it for sure. Best plan/option wins.
