I have been doing the same still press some pucks twice but second press yield is minimal and not really worth the paper or the time

+1 on the gluten free baking. Not worth the effort. Just stop eating bread for Pete's sake, the gluten free stuff is simply not worth eating.

Yup...at least 90% of gluten free stuff is not worth eating....... ...and quite a bit still makes me react.....so we don't even Think about it.....

Homemade chips....made from Real potaotes..........

And a nice rib steak......................make the most of it........we just found out my car is going to cost 500 euros to get it through it's yearly road test next week. .......so it's mince and frozen chicken portions for next month...........

Hubby gets my left overs in a green salad in the morning for breakfast...........................................yup.....he's a Lucky Bloke........

It’s a three day simmered broth with a bunch of chicken/beef/pork/veggie trimmings. Once finished it will get strained and used to make a Vietnamese style noodle soup.
