You gotta get one of them electric heated hoodies. Feels like that all the time and the charge lasts a decent time if you turn it off regularly. Otherwise mine lasts about 4 hours constantly on.
hi, i am hooked all morning. google it or watch for that string/hashtag in any social media. First watch and read some about it, then try it yourself and get blown. If you like it or not, if you find it dystopian or utopian...its available...so like any "questionable" thing, i dont want to advertise it tooo loud. But it freaks me out.
lol sameAfter scraping my fingers and making a couple finger hash balls early this morning, I scrubbed my hands fully. Woke up and could still smell them!![]()
I do indeed see my local grow shop carries COM Stonington blend! It comes 2 waysPersonally I have used coast of maine and fox farms soils and have had gnats in both… for me I have stuck with CoM stoneington blend with their amendments only with great success… I just control the fungus gnats via BTI, spinosad, and nematodes….. I also have been using coco/perlite with great success… IMO if you going to go coco use coco only treat it like hydro cause it is basically…
Get Stonington blend both are great. He is right you def won't get gnats in the fertilizer. Any soil can have that stuff but its harder for it to be in the fertilizer. Stonington is more a supersoilI do indeed see my local grow shop carries COM Stonington blend! It comes 2 ways
Lobster blend 5-2-4
Organic blend (no listed NPK).
Do you prefer one over the other![]()

I've heard that aboutHey out of curiosity I usually useHF with good results. However I do notice it often comes with fungus gnats. Sometimes so bad they come flying out as I open the bag.
I'm considering switching mediums. Biobizz is not available in my local grow shop. They carry but at the moment are unable to source promix HP or BX.
They do however carry the HP -CC.
Is that asking for trouble using peat with cococoir? Would you treat it like a straight peat mix?
Any other recommendations for soil?
I know that Fungus gnats are sometimes result of how the shop stores their products. Just something to keep in mind, if their Fox Farn products have em, good bet their other soils do too. Best bet would be to assume whatever soil/compost you use has Funguns Gnats and deploy premetipve pest management wit BTi, neamtodes etc.. as mentioned above. I thought i could getaway with not doing that and am regretting it nowHey out of curiosity I usually useHF with good results. However I do notice it often comes with fungus gnats. Yep that looks like the organic blend and in that image it seems like the npk is listed at the bottom of the bag 0.5 0.34 0.12I’m confused now I use the gray bag this is what I do notice the correction it is buds and bloom(fish bone meal) during flower View attachment 1547309View attachment 1547311
Thanks! I always add the mosquito bits out of principle every time then reapply if I see any of them. I've never tried the nematodes though ....I know that Fungus gnats are sometimes result of how the shop stores their products.
