Ground buffalo with whatever Cajun seasoning you use i prefer heavy on the heat topped with bacon and then a sweet glaze. Molasses, maple vanilla or brown sugar whatever you like. Shit will ruin every other meatloaf for you tho
I was thinking that if we did all show up….it would undoubtedly be the best meatloaf any of us have ever had…..on account of the insane smoke session that would inevitably happen at such a meeting

Oh ya meatloaf here is a tomato glaze def not made with ketchup! U can use ketchup as a base but u gotta add other shit to it! If u slather it on plain u are asking for a flavorless loaf!
