What are these they are in alot of my pots and when I water they come out real bad.....now in one pot there are 1000's and the are crawling and flicking everywhere???? Any ideas? They are fing everywhere!!!
They sure are shaped like thrips. If they grow up to eat the bottoms of your leaves, leaving white spots, that would confirm it enough for me. I had some last spring and sprayed with a Spinosad product. I think it was Monterey LG6150 Garden Insect Spray. I used 15ml in a liter of water. I sprayed once or twice and haven't seen them again, now several crops later. Looks like 16 oz is a lifetime supply. I think the instructions said you can spray the soil too.
[edit:] Should work on aphids or whatever else it might be.

Mix DE into the top of your soil, spray insecticidal soap on the sides of your bags and anywhere that collects water. Should take about 2 weeks to clear up

I got all of the stuff......I appreciate it... already sprayed the top soil.....once it dry I'll apply the DE......
