I like them all just depends how they are cooked and cut once done plus we buy our beef by the half cow so we get all kinds of cuts

Ive been thinking about that, but for me prime rib has too much fat and no one I know has been able to render all of it down. Its always chewy and gummy and gross

If you cut that thinner it's about 3 or 4 ribeye steaks

Ribeyes are good with a nice crust on em. I like a reverse sear on a ribeye, start it in the oven and finish it in the cast iron
