Anything to do with the electrical under the tub?

Ya its a high rise and 3 units were without power. Just one now. Big green flame , put out the fire and thankfully had access to the box so cut power. Thankfully I didn't have to evacuate a 26 story building. No idea y it's under the tub. I busted out the identical unit to it ,bathrooms are back to back, and not one in there.
